Our programs
Six connected paths to stronger communities.
Like leading global NGOs, we connect immediate relief to long-term change—so support today keeps creating opportunity tomorrow.
01Women’s Empowerment
We combine practical livelihood skills, savings groups, health advocacy and mentorship so women can build secure incomes and shape decisions that affect their lives.

Why we began
A door opened for Ritah.
Now she opens doors for others.
After poverty and an attempted forced early marriage nearly ended her education, timely support helped Ritah Namutebi return to school and build a future. Care & Joy Africa grew from her conviction that the right support, at the right time, can change a life’s direction.
